1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Touraska's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservation Policy

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed once full payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent with your trip details.

Payment Terms: We accept multiple payment methods. A confirmation deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the trip date.

Group Discounts: Special rates are available for groups of 5 or more. Contact our team for customized quotes.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before trip: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-29 days before trip: 50% refund of trip cost
• 7-14 days before trip: 25% refund of trip cost
• Less than 7 days: No refund (unless medical emergency with proof)

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@touraska.com

4. Rescheduling & Transfers

Trip dates can be rescheduled up to 30 days before departure with no additional fee (subject to availability). After 30 days, a rescheduling fee of 5% may apply.

You may transfer your booking to another person provided you notify us at least 14 days in advance.

5. Pricing & Discounts

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include accommodation, meals, and activities as specified. Taxes and additional costs are mentioned in the booking details.

Early bird discounts and seasonal offers may be applied. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While Touraska takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safe and enjoyable trips, adventure activities carry inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Touraska is not liable for:

• Personal injuries or accidents during activities
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Weather-related trip cancellations or delays
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party services (airlines, accommodations, etc.)

7. Health & Safety Requirements

Participants must be in good health and fitness level appropriate for the trip difficulty. We recommend consulting a doctor before high-altitude treks.

Participants with medical conditions must disclose them at booking. Touraska reserves the right to refuse participation if deemed unsafe.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Travel insurance is optional but highly advisable.

9. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Follow guides' instructions for safety and environmental protection
• Respect local cultures and communities
• Not engage in illegal activities or substance abuse
• Maintain reasonable physical behavior on group activities
• Respect fellow travelers and staff

Violation of code of conduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Touraska's website, including text, images, and videos, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Third-Party Links

Touraska's website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Please review their terms separately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your booking shall be resolved through mutual agreement or mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to courts in India.
